2. Description of Services

Anti Matrix delivers cutting-edge technology consulting, enterprise web and mobile application engineering, AI/ML model integration, cloud infrastructure, UI/UX architecture, digital solutions, and professional student internship programs. The exact scope, timeline, and deliverables for client projects are defined in individual statements of work or project proposals.

3. Client Responsibilities & Project Cooperation

Clients engaging Anti Matrix for digital solutions are responsible for providing comprehensive project specifications, necessary assets, third-party credentials, and timely feedback. Delays resulting from client non-cooperation or delayed approvals may impact project milestones and do not entitle the client to penalties or refunds.

4. Payment & Commercial Terms

For client software development, payments follow agreed milestone schedules. An initial advance payment is required before engineering commences to allocate dedicated personnel and infrastructure.

5. Internship & Careers Portal Terms

Anti Matrix provides an online portal for candidates seeking educational internships and industry experience:

• Application Fees: Where applicable (e.g. 1-Month program: ₹199 Base + 18% GST (₹234.82 Total), 3-Months program: ₹399 Base + 18% GST (₹470.82 Total)), the fee covers processing, verification, and technical review.
• Strictly Non-Refundable: The Application Fee is non-refundable upon submission, regardless of candidate selection, withdrawal, or scheduling changes.
• No Guarantee of Selection: Payment of an Application Fee does not guarantee selection, shortlisting, or an internship offer. The selection process follows an objective review: Applied → Under Review → Shortlisted.
• Offer Letters: Only formal Offer Letters generated through official Anti Matrix channels constitute confirmation of internship onboarding.

6. Candidate Verification Documents (Aadhaar, PAN & College ID)

Candidates may be required to upload valid identification documents (such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, or college ID) for identity verification and academic accreditation:

• Candidates must upload genuine, legible, and authentic documents that belong solely to themselves.
• Forged, manipulated, or third-party documents are strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate disqualification and account termination.
• Documents are processed and stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon complete payment of all agreed fees, clients receive full ownership rights to custom deliverables, code, and digital assets produced specifically for their project. Anti Matrix retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, proprietary code libraries, reusable algorithms, and foundational development tools. All website content, trademarks, logos, and branding on antimatrix.co.in remain the exclusive intellectual property of Anti Matrix.

8. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Both Anti Matrix and its clients agree to treat confidential information exchanged during project engagements with the utmost care. Proprietary data, source code, credentials, and strategic documentation will not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Anti Matrix, its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, third-party gateway delays, or service disruptions. Our total liability for any claim arising from a commercial project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific engagement.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or related to our services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts and legal tribunals located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings or dispute resolutions.

11. Modifications to Terms

Anti Matrix reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions periodically. Any updates will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued usage of our website and services following updates constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
