Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: 5 September 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms applicable to payments made to Anti Matrix for website development, software development, digital services, and internship applications.
By purchasing our services or submitting an internship application through the Anti Matrix website, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable terms described below.
Website, Software & Digital Services
1. Website, Software & Digital Services
Anti Matrix provides various technology and digital services, including website development, web application development, mobile application development, software engineering, UI/UX design, cloud solutions, website maintenance, application maintenance, and customized technology solutions. Because these services involve detailed planning, technical resource allocation, and custom labor performed specifically for a client, payments are governed by the terms below.
2. Advance Payment
For development and digital service projects, Anti Matrix requires an advance payment before beginning project work. The advance payment confirms the client's commitment to proceed, reserving dedicated engineering resources and scheduling project milestones.
3. Cancellation by Client
A client may request project cancellation by notifying Anti Matrix in writing via official communication channels. However, once the project has commenced or dedicated engineering resources have been mobilized:
The remaining eligible amount, if any, may be considered according to the project stage, work already performed, and actual expenses incurred.
If the client pays an advance of ₹10,000 and subsequently cancels after work has commenced:
• 30% = ₹3,000 is retained as a cancellation/processing charge.
• The remaining ₹7,000 may be considered for refund, subject to work already completed, third-party expenses, and the specific project agreement.
4. Work Already Completed
Any refund will be adjusted to account for hours invested in project planning, architecture design, UI/UX, coding, deployment, and documentation completed before notice.
5. Non-Refundable Expenses
Third-party direct costs incurred for the project (domain registration, cloud hosting, API keys, paid fonts/assets, gateway fees) cannot be refunded and will be deducted.
6. Client Delays & Cooperation
Delays in providing required client assets, approvals, or credentials do not create a right to a refund. Inactive projects may be paused or closed per contract.
7. Scope Changes
Scope modifications or extra feature additions may adjust timeline and costs, and do not entitle the client to a refund of original milestone payments.
8. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If cancellation is requested before any design or engineering work commences or third-party costs are incurred, requests will be reviewed less gateway processing fees.
9. Post-Delivery Notice
Once agreed deliverables are substantially delivered and verified, payments made for completed work are strictly non-refundable. Revisions follow the project warranty.
10. Refund Processing & 11. Request Procedure
Where a refund is approved in writing by Anti Matrix, funds will be processed using the original electronic payment channel. Processing times depend on banking and gateway settlement schedules. To request a review, send your project agreement, transaction receipt, and rationale to info@antimatrix.co.in.
Internship Applications
12. Internship Application Fees Are Non-Refundable
The Application Fee associated with an internship application is strictly non-refundable once the application and payment have been successfully submitted.
The fee covers administrative evaluation, document verification, system processing, and application onboarding. This policy applies regardless of whether the candidate is:
• Selected or not selected
• Not shortlisted
• Withdraws their application or changes their mind
• Does not proceed with or complete the internship program
• Fails to respond to subsequent onboarding emails or communication
13. Application Cancellation
A candidate may decide not to proceed with their internship, but submitting a withdrawal request does not entitle the candidate to a refund of the Application Fee.
14. Payment Failure
If money was deducted from your account but the payment shows failed or the application was not created, banks automatically reverse the debit via payment gateway settlement cycles.
15. Duplicate Payment
If a candidate accidentally makes duplicate successful payments for the exact same Application ID due to a browser glitch, provide transaction references to Anti Matrix for verification and refund of the duplicate amount.
16. Fraudulent Transactions
Transactions suspected of involving payment tampering, card misuse, or fraud are investigated and resolved in accordance with Indian cybersecurity and payment provider laws.
17. No Cash Refunds
Approved refunds are strictly issued through traceable electronic payment channels or original source accounts. No cash refunds are provided under any circumstance.
18. Service Cancellation by Anti Matrix
Anti Matrix reserves the right to cancel candidate participation or terminate client projects in instances of forged credentials, terms violations, fraud, or abusive conduct.
19. Internship Selection Is Independent From Payment
Payment of the Application Fee does not imply or guarantee selection. The application follows an objective evaluation process: Applied → Under Review → Shortlisted. Only official Offer Letters issued by Anti Matrix confirm selection.
